Description of Property: 

This Buddhist Temple is located right across the river from VA, outside of downtown Frederick Maryland. It was a former 33 acre farm turned Buddhist temple. They teach meditation, spiritual practice and offer events for the community. The grounds surrounding the temple are beautiful and perfect for plein-air inspiration.

Description of Property: 

This popular Leesburg winery boasts multiple structures, seating areas, and spaces with plenty of sun. Come paint some beautiful vines while enjoying some wine or something tasty.

Some items to note: this venue gets a lot of sun and wind. So plan accordingly. Also since this venue will be open to the public feel free to stay as long as you like after the event. The venue has live music from 1:30 - 430pm and closes at 7pm. Food, wine, beer, cider, slushies and non-alcoholic options are available for purchase in the Tasting Barn and Bleutique. Bathrooms are located across from the Bleutique (in the Bathroom Barn) or in the Tasting Barn. Animals are welcomed.

Join us for GINKGO GOLD at the Virginia Arboritum/ Blandy Experimental Farm! This is the best time of year to see these gorgeous yellow fan shaped leaves. Join us for this truly magical experience. This farm has over 300 ginkgo trees making it one of the largest public ginkgo groves in America!
